For individuals
The document is in there. Somewhere.
Years of contracts, receipts, statements, manuals and notes, spread across Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox. Filename search fails, because you don’t remember what the file was called — you remember what was inside it. So you re-read twelve PDFs to find one clause.
Ask in plain language, verify in one click
- Numbered citations open the exact passage, document and page.
- Suggested follow-ups, and conversations that remember context.
- Ask across versions — Latest, Last 2, Last 3, or all of them.

For organizations
Company knowledge shouldn’t live in someone’s drive.
Policies in one drive, project files in another, and no way to tell which version is current. New hires ask questions that documents already answer. And the shortcut — pouring everything into one shared AI tool — hands the intern answers sourced from board documents.
AI that respects who’s allowed to see what
Teams, four roles and per-document grants decide what each person’s answers can be built from. Cloud sync and automatic versioning keep one current version, and an audit trail records who accessed what.
Same question, different people, different sources — enforced inside retrieval, not just the file list.
Everything you need to ask your documents
Answers with citations
Answers stream in with numbered sources. Hybrid semantic + keyword retrieval, re-ranked — and it says so when nothing relevant exists.
Cloud connectors
Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and Box — multiple accounts each, whole drive or hand-picked folders.
Permission-aware AI
Access control runs inside retrieval. Content a person can’t see is never a candidate, and never reaches the model.
Automatic versioning
Re-upload or change a synced file and it becomes version 2. Answers use the latest by default — no duplicates, nothing stale.
Admin insights & audit log
Queries per day, most-cited documents, knowledge gaps — plus an append-only audit log with CSV export.
API & webhooks
Permission-fenced /v1/search and /v1/chat, API keys, and signed webhooks.
Multiple accounts. Entire drive or chosen folders. Changed files become new versions.
How it works
1
Connect or upload
Link a drive and pick folders, or drag files in — PDFs, Office documents, text, scans.
2
We index and permission-fence
Text and OCR are indexed with live progress, and every passage is bound to who may see it.
3
Ask, and get cited answers
Ask in plain language and click any citation to read the source page yourself.
Where people use it
Personal document brain
Contracts, receipts, statements and appliance manuals — one place to ask instead of ten folders to open.
Team knowledge base
Policies and onboarding material answer themselves, scoped to the team that owns them.
Client & project documentation
Keep every project's files current with automatic versioning, and ask what changed since the last one.
Compliance & audit
Per-document access, four roles, and an append-only audit trail with CSV export.
Built like your documents matter.
Row-level tenant isolation
Every row is bound to your workspace with PostgreSQL RLS, fail-closed.
Permission-fenced retrieval
Access checks happen during search, before the model sees anything.
Encrypted in transit & at rest
TLS in transit, encrypted storage, OAuth tokens sealed with AES-GCM.
Full audit trail
Uploads, downloads and denied attempts, permission changes, invites, keys.
SOC 2-aligned architecture — controls mapped and documented as we work toward certification.

Questions, answered
All FAQs →What file types can I upload?+
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text and markdown, up to 25 MB per file. Images and scans become searchable through OCR, and each document is queryable the moment processing finishes.
How do citations work?+
Answers arrive with numbered citations. Click one and the source panel opens the exact passage with its document title and page, plus a permission-checked download.
Does sync delete or change my files?+
No. Connector sync is one-way and additive — we read from your drive and never write back. When a file changes, it arrives as a new version, roughly within 15 minutes, with live “N / M synced” progress.
Who can see what?+
Access is set by teams, four roles (viewer, member, team manager, admin) and per-document grants — and it's enforced during retrieval, so nobody receives an answer built from a document they can't open.
Your documents already know the answer.
